Tokyo Xtreme Racer Speeds Into Early Access on January 23

Tokyo Xtreme Racer to be available for Early Access

Tokyo Xtreme Racer is all set to make its debut in Early Access for PC on Steam beginning on January 23 as it has been announced by developer Genki. The game is expected to stay in Early Access for around four months. 

In this initial version, players will be able to experience the story up to the midway point, focusing on the ‘Spirit Point Battle’ system and car tuning options. 

Gamers will encounter around 200 rival characters, each with their own captivating narratives, alongside 50 different cars and a sprawling 180 kilometers of the Shuto Expressway to race on. A new feature as well as player skill gains will also be part of this Early Access launch.

The full version will expand on the experience with some additional storylines, new rival characters, and more vehicles along with different enhancements and fixes that are based on player feedback during Early Access. 

A glimpse of the game has been offered to the players on the Steam page. Tokyo Xtreme Racer has been described as a game that immerses players in futuristic Tokyo, where you race for supremacy in their customized vehicles on the intricate highways of the city aiming to secure the top spot. 

Players can navigate real cars on meticulously designed tracks, weave through traffic, challenge formidable opponents, and engage in intense spirit battles. This series has an unmatched allure that will attract players. 

The key features of the game include, the SP battle introduces a distinctive combat system which is based on Spirit Points which is a numerical representation of the determination of a driver. 

With the Tokyo expressway faithfully recreated, the thrilling twists and dramatic elevation changes offer a thrilling racing experience that gives an incredibly authentic feel. The race begins with a flash of headlights as players confront rivals with unique cars and daring driving styles.
